Welcome to AFOKE Karaoke Clash. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for an account, submitting audio, or casting votes, you agree to comply with all platform rules and community guidelines.
2. Eligibility
Contestants must be at least 18 years of age or have explicit parental consent to participate. Prizes are paid out according to the local laws of the winner's jurisdiction.
3. Content Submission
You retain ownership of the original audio recordings you submit. However, by uploading, you grant AFOKE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, stream, and promote your submission across our platform and social channels during the competition period.
4. Voting Integrity
Any use of bots, proxy farms, or automated scripts to artificially inflate vote counts is strictly prohibited. Contestants caught manipulating votes will be immediately disqualified without a refund.
